Terms & Conditions

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the products. We will send an order confirmation by email once your order is received. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but if we discover an error we will contact you before processing your order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Free shipping applies to orders over €75. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

You may return unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@bysadie.ie within a reasonable time and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and designs, is the property of by Sadie and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
